I have a problem with a Storyline package I have produced and I am hoping that some of you can help.
The package was originally created in Storyline 1 but has been upgraded to Storyline 2. It is hosted on a Kallidus LMS which is server, not cloud based.
The problem: When learners exit the learning without completing it using the exit button built in to the package, the LMS records results correctly.
However...
Same situation, but when learners exit the course using the exit button on the window (ie not within the package itself), the LMS does not record the results correctly ie it is marking them as passed with a new date when they actually haven't.

Have you had an opportunity to test your course on the SCORM Cloud, as that environment is the industry standard for LMS testing? Typically, if you do not have issues with completion on the SCORM Cloud, we recommend that you reach out to your LMS provider directly for additional assistance.
