Storyline requiring re-activation after freezing up
Hello, my client is having the following issue with Storyline:
1. During normal use of Storyline, the program will ‘freeze up’ and require a closing of the program
2. After starting Storyline up again, it requires the user to re-activate the software again using their serial number
3. This happens without problems, but then eventually freezes up again start over at number 1
I have advised my client to uninstall, re-start pc, and install again with the latest install file.
Does anyone have any additional advice or suggestions?
