I have looked at the various threads on this and I can print the page using a screen capture routine but that is very messy. I am training non IT literate people who would treasure a certificate.
But for a training program this is a very BIG MISS! by Articulate - is there any hope on the horizon that an update will fix this in such a way that you can press a button on a standard configured results page?
First, regarding the support of this feature, you may want to take a look at this knowledge base article, if you haven't see it already.(Note that while the video posted is for Quizmaker, this will work for Storyline as well)
