I am very new to Storyline so I hope this post isn't repeating someplace else.
I have recently been tasked with developing a quiz that takes needs to allow a user to pass based on a range of scores? For example, if the total number of points needed to pass perfectly was 22 I need to be able to allow students to be able to pass with either a 20 or 24 point total at the end of their quiz. Is there a way to add a passing score with a +/- 2 points of the set score?
You'll see within this tutorial that the built in way to assess the score is to set a passing percentage (default to 80%). It sounds like what you're looking to do will involve a bit more in terms of creating your own quiz scores through the use of variables, and pass the total variable to the LMS (or this community method). If you're able to share your example here, the community may also weigh in with some creative solutions for you.
