Storyline: Resume on last slide not working when the course status on scorm cloud is complete

Hi all,

I have course with 99 pages which the user has to take linearly, they cannot skip a slide unless they have finished the interactions. It has a customized Table of content. The user also cannot skip through TOC unless they have visited and completed the interactions on a particular slide. 

The first LMS output I tested is Scorm 1.2 and it is tracked through the number of slides viewed (which is 99). The LMS reporting status is set to Complete/Incomplete. Launch player in new window is not checked. On restart, it is set to "Prompt to resume"

I've uploaded and tested the course in Scorm cloud and this always happens:

1. I launched the course then I exited on a slide (ex. Slide10), then closed the course.

2. I re-launched the course and was prompted to resume. I clicked Yes. I was taken on the last slide I'm on (Slide 10).

3. I continued the course until the last slide and then exited the course again. The status now on Scorm cloud is Complete.

4. I re-launched the course but I was not taken on the last slide. I have tested this a lot of times, I was usually taken on slides 36,37, but most of the time 38. Those slides are customized drag and drop activites. Does that affect the bookmarking?

 

I've already tried other solutions that I've read on forums like changing the LMS reporting to Passed/Incomplete and Completed/Failed, adding a result slide then choosing "track using quiz result", changed the settings in the player to "Always resume" on restart, I've also tried checked and unchecked "When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie". 

 

I'm on a tight deadline and I really need this to work. T_T
