Storyline SaaS & Collaboration tools

So I did a bit of a search for this first and I can't if this is been asked before. Are there plans for Articulate to offer a SaaS platform compaitable with Storyline and Studio.
Secondly is there ever going to be a review & collaborate tool studio wasn't really an issue as you could just send the PPT and use the comments but reviewing material and gathering feedback and comments is really time consuming. Ideally something like what Claro does would be cool, with an articulate twist of course

You might try OQAR - http://elearningcontentreviewer.com/ 3rd party product that you can use with Storyline to track your reviews.

Looks like an old thread, but it seems like the collaboration issue still exists and has not been solved fully or satisfactorily. We have built zipBoard (http://www.zipboard.co/elearning ) with the intention of being able to share reviews, add bugs, assign tasks when content is published from storyline or any other SCORM compliant authoring tool. Please do share your thoughts and feedback.
