I am putting my first SCORM packages (exported from Storyline 2) in our new LMS (moodle). I have exported files for 2 different courses, with the same settings, and I'm having problems with both. The first course has audio working, but it's not displaying the video. The second is showing the video, but has no audio. I have exported both of these files as mp4 and the audio/video work just fine.
This is my first time dealing with SCORM and an LMS so I don't really know how to even troubleshoot this situation.
Hello Ann - We typically recommend testing in SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to replicate the issue. If you are, then we would want to take a look at the .story project file. If you are not able to replicate, it indicates that you may need to follow up with your LMS team. So, that's where I would begin in your troubleshooting.

I found that the problems were "browser" related. When I used Safari, the problems occurred. When I used Chrome, everything worked perfectly.
