Long shot but i hope someone can help. We are using Cornerstone LMS to report from and the one thing we are noticing with SCORM files is that the Status of the completion never shws as completed. Its either remaining as Started or Registered.
I know that Cornerstone is telling us that they use SCORM 2004 third edition so that is what we are using the publish. But doesn't seem to change anything and we can't figure out why no one is showing at Completed.
First you have to go to the publish tab then click the LMS tab and then click on the reporting and tracking tab and then select the complete/incomplete tab.
Please find the attached screenshots. I hope this will helps you!
And
you can insert the button and apply trigger using exit course. Find the attached file for this too.
Hi, Sachin -- Thanks so much for reaching out here! Please double check that you are following the steps outlined here for Publishing a Course for LMS, and you may find this information helpful for differentiating between the various options for setting completion status.
And for a more general resource on the Cornerstone on Demand LMS, you may find this post to be very informative, as well.
Please let us know if there is anything more we can do to assist! :)
