We just purchased the authoring tool and trying on Screen Cast with Storyline. I am able to capture the screen with audio however, i cannot seem to figure out how to turn on Closed Captions. I see it in my Current Player, however it does not display in the Preview.

I want to ask you a couple of questions to begin troubleshooting:
Have you inserted your closed captions? You can insert SRT, VTT, SBV, or SUB files if you have them. Otherwise, you will need to write out your closed captions using Storyline's built-in editor. Here is the user guide on that for your reference.
Does this problem happen when publishing in Storyline, or only in preview mode?
