I have created a project that contains a bunch of slides etc. I have included 1 screen recording but now I want to add some more screen recordings however every time I click on 'record screen' it shuts the entire program down. Even doiing it from the main screen before opening a project it shuts the application down. Any ideas???
Although it sounds like this problem is not content-specific (since it happens in any new file) I would recommend submitting a Support Case and including a copy of the original .story file. From there, we can attempt to reproduce the problem and make recommendations on resolving it. Thanks!
