you probably have a mastery score set in your SCORM package - Moodle's default handling for this is different from Rustici's default handling.
You can disable it in Moodle by changing the setting "Mastery score overrides status" when updating/adding your SCORM package to Moodle. If you can't find that setting you may be using an older Moodle version.

Hello, Michel. Since the course worked fine in SCORM Cloud, perhaps there's a Moodle issue that can be explored.
