I've been having a really bad couple of days. Storyline 360 keeps shutting down on me, closing my files without saving, and it's happened like 5 times in the last hour I can't get any work done.
Hi Dawn, that's so lucky for you. I tried the same version (and two versions before) and I'm still experiencing the same issue. IT has even recreated my profile as Articulate support suggested with the same result. Waiting for the next instruction from them :(
Hi Dawn, i also had the same issue storyline crashing everytime i tried to edit, i also went back to version 3.37.21614.0 and its worked fine since, same story/file now ok
If you need an extra set of eyes on the file, please let us know! We don't want you to continue running into Storyline crashing as this is not expected behavior.

Good morning everyone. This is what I have been advised by the support engineer investigation my issue - 'Your profile may be restricted access to certain folders used by the Articulate software.'
This is probably correct as I can use Storyline on my laptop at home with no issues. I've forwarded this to IT support within my organisation for further investigation.
Hi all, I'm ecstatic to report that the issue has been identified and rectified. The problem was with my PC and not Storyline. Apparently there was a ‘rogue” entry on the PC telling Articulate to use Flash. IT has rebuilt my PC, reinstalled Articulate 360 and it's working fine now.
Hopefully this will help others experiencing the same issue.
Hi, I wish I could say the same. With the latest version, Storyline 360 crashes all the time, sometimes on startup and other times when I try to open a file. As much as I would like to say it is my laptop, when I install the previous version 3.38.21861.0 it works just fine.
I have just spent two frustrating days trying to get things to work. Finally back in the office with decent internet so I can problem solve properly.
So sorry to hear that Tegid. Isn't it strange that this issue is being caused by different things for different people? Hope you manage to sort it out when you get back to the office.
