What is the best story size? I think we have reached the point where most people have HD 720 sized monitors and laptops and the resolution is at least 1280x720 (wide screen). I want to put it at that size. Anyone suggest any other sizes that might work the best?
Really depend son how you are going to deploy and who you customers are, don't forget tablets iPad even with retina is 1024 wide, also the larger the screen size the more bandwidth required. I would normally target a screen around 1000 pixels wide which has a good balance for size (Mb) and visual appeal. When I built the ninja game I built it a 1080p and this crashed my iPad and Nexus devices, I shrank it to 1200 width and all worked well

Hi.. the two articles that you shared here are for storyline 2 - I wanted to know if these considerations are valid for storyline 360 as well - is 1280x720 a good 'story size' for storyline 360 project using a modern player... for learners mainly using desktops and mobile devices?

For the screens I work with I settled on 920x690 which sits nicely in a maximised browser with a bit of padding.
