Our course development team has been discussing software updates and Storyline 5 has been a hot topic. We have been using version 4 without issue and while version 5 has a lot of great updates, there is concern that we may run into issues when updating existing courses, etc…
Our LMS managers suggested that we create a testing process for software updates. I was hoping everyone could weigh in and share how you/your teams certify and test software updates before rolling them out on a large scale.
