Storyline stops working when recording my screen. Please help

Hi, I am having trouble with recording videos in Storyline. It was working ok before, but I installed the photographic character bundle yesterday and now every time I am going to record my screen, storyline crashes and I get an error (see image below).  My version is up to date and I tried restarting my computer several times and nothing helps. 

Please let me know what to do.  Thanks!
