I would like to know if its possible to design the surrounds of the storyline I am loading online.
Much like the example in the showcase, 'Diabesity Course' by e-mersion.
They have surrounded it with the clients graphics.
Also any tutorials on how to do the pop up feature they have in the 'Top 10' part of the storyline where you clikc on a dot and the info and audio pops up with it.
Are you talking about custom design outside of the Storyline player? If so, that maybe something that was edited in HTML. If you can share the link to the demo you mentioned, I can take a look and let you know if this is the case.
Also, I'm not sure, but I think you're talking about markers in your second point. Again, though, I'm not sure if I've seen the demo you mentioned. If you can share it, I'd be happy to see if I can find you some extra information.
Just took a look at the demo you are referring to. Actually that demo is built in Articulate Studio 9, wherein it is possible to customize and design the player using the SDK.
It is not yet possible to achieve the same in Storyline, but you can play around with the colors.
In case there is some work around, it would be gr8 to know about that. Hope Christine can confirm.
Yes, Richard is correct. That course was created in Presenter and I believe Engage, not Storyline. Richard is also correct about the SDK - there currently isn't one available for Storyline, but there is one in the works.
For the second item, even though that interaction was created in Engage (I believe), those are markers. Storyline does have markers that you can use like this, as well. Personally, I really like them. They add a lot of interaction in the course and they are really eye-catching.
We do have a tutorial on Adding Markers, if you'd like to check it out
Unfortunately, no. We're not able to provide a time frame for the SDK. This is something I'm eager to see, too, though and I'm hoping we'll have official word soon. If you haven't already, you may want to subscribe to our Word of Mouth blog for announcements and updates.

Hi Christine,
Thank you for your reply.
It's a pop up so I can't actually find the link,
Go to: http://www.articulate.com/community/showcase.php
and its the 14th one down labelled: Diabesity Course.
Then the other thing I am referring to is slide 20 of 22.
Thanks

Thanks for confirming Christine and great to hear about the SDK release for storyline. Any hints on when that can happen?

Richard
