Storyline Survey - LMS Report Out Results Help - Urgent Help Needed

Hello,
We have been working on a project for months (completion target was weeks) attempting to get all the settings correct for a certification program we have built.
All issues have been resolved, outside of one, which is attached.
The course attached includes ONE survey question. I have a results slide hidden in the background to accept the results so that it can be a graded survey question.
The output is set to passed/failed (this mirrors the other courses within the certification that are functioning properly). The status within LMS is showing a "Completed" status, this should not happen until we manually go in and provide the learner with a grade and mark the test completed. I have included a screen shot of the roster, from the LMS, that is correct and one that is incorrect.
I would REALLY love some support on this!

Thank you for the reply. I have already attempted everything in the thread up until the SCORM Cloud step and thereafter. I am working with someone to attempt to do this, I guess if it doesn't work then the answer is reach out to Articulate and open a ticket.
I was so hoping for an easy quick fix :(

Hi Michelle,
Definitely keep us posted how it behaves in SCORM Cloud. If it works normally there, that'll be good information to share with your LMS team. You may also want to look at enabling LMS debug mode. That would let you see the information Storyline is passing to the LMS.
