Uh oh, Elizabeth! Smart idea to reach out here--I can help! I've got a few questions to start:
I'm working from my C drive and running Storyline 360 V3.8.13281.0
Storyline didn't crash, it just threw an error.
I save the file, exited Storyline, then restarted storyline and opened the file and the layers were there.
This has happened to me now 3 times.
