Storyline Tin Can communications white paper?

Is there a white paper or some thorough documentation of the reporting standards/communication that takes place when running a published Tin Can package?

I've developed a custom LRS to enable launching and tracking of Tin Can packages from within Moodle. However, it seems that I am regularly discovering new Statement object attributes that I didn't know were being utilized.

An example is the 'extensions' attribute of the statement 'object' when reporting results. I've also discovered some inconsistencies in reporting from a browser-launched package and one launched from the mobile player. The same published package reports different results!?

If no such documentation exists, what route of communications should I take in getting my questions answered or reporting bugs as they come up?
