I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue. We use Oracle ELM 9.2 to host our WBT's and we have seen a higher than normal volume of trainings not passing completion statuses back to the ELM. The issue is not consistent, but we have found that once we have staff delete the internet cache it seems to resolve the issue.
Staff will take trainings over and over trying to update their status in the ELM and it is costing time and money. We are not seeing this issue in any consistent pattern, but it is a huge issue. Everyone is using IE11.
Has anyone one else seen this issue and what have they done to correct it?

Are you able to replicate this issue if you test in SCORM Cloud or is this issue limited to your LMS? If you are able to replicate, we would want to take a look.
