Storyline Translation Export Error

When I try to export the translation document I get the following "blank" error message. I am not working over  a network. I have asked several of my coworkers to export the translation document and they all get the same error. I have also gone back to an older version of the same course and I get the same error.   

EDIT: I just opened other courses, same error.  Coworker opened a course of hers that I've never touched. Same Error.  

I'm on version Update 5 1401.2415 on Windows 8, 64bit.

Hi all,

I wanted to provide an update here, as Storyline 2 Update 8 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here. The item you all may be particularly interested in is how it fixed an issue where exporting text to a Word doc for translation wouldn't always work. You can download the latest update here, and after downloading and installing the latest update you’ll want to republish any existing content to ensure that the updates and fixes are applied.

Thanks for reaching out here, Calvin. Would you be able to create an Articulate Presenter package to share with us here? That way we'll be able to look at what occurs when going through the export process. Can you also confirm that you're working on local project files and that you're following the steps here to export for translation?
