We would like to use Storyline's translation feature. We have exported the translation files but in some places there is a deviation between the original text formatting in Storyline and the exported files, see attachment. There is no rule for where it will be different, only that if I do another export, the text formatting deviations will apear at the same places. This is happening with SL2 and SL3 as well. Any ideas?
Are you only seeing that when looking at the Word document, or also when using the import back into Storyline? We've seen a couple formatting issues with a translation document such as how bullets, paragraph spacing may not be consistent - but I'd like to take a look at your example .story file to see the bold format issue you're showing.
Can you upload it here using the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the ELH discussion - or send it along to our Support team here?

Hello Csilla,
Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this. I had another user recently report this, but I was unable to replicate.
Do you have a .story file that we could take a look at?
Hi Ashley and Leslie,
Many thanks for your support! I have submitted a case with the number 01190973.
Regarding Ashley's question, yes, when importing back, it changes the original formatting :(
Forgot to mention that this deviation appears on slide 1.25!
We have 6 modules and this issue affects all, but I have uploaded and submitted one module only. Hope this helps!
Thanks for letting us know that you reached out to the support team - you should be hearing from someone soon.
