I
am having an issue in Storyline. I have a course that branches through
a few different scenarios. Once all three of them are completed, I
have a trigger that changes a button to proceed from hidden to normal (I do not have a menu or next buttons...it's a compliance course).
However, when it gets launched from the LMS, several users are having
an issue where that button does not appear and they get stuck. It
doesn't happen every time - for many people, it's working fine. Is
there an explanation or a fix for this flukey behavior?
How are these particular users accessing the course through you LMS? Have you been able to replicate the issue yourself? You'll want to check with these users that they meet the viewing guidelines included here for Storyline. If you'd like to share the .story file here we can test it out in a few different ways.
