Storyline Update

I received a Storyline Update No. 9 yesterday.  When I uploaded it, I now get a message of Welcome to your 30 day free trial.  We purchased Storyline months ago.

Why am I getting this message?

Hi Paula,

This is normal when installing a new update.

Click on the "Activate with your serial number" link, and your serial number should be auto-populated in the next screen. At that point, just click Activate and you should be good to go!

If you've registered before, you can just click "register later" in the pop-up that appears after it's activated.
