Hi, I am attempting to update Storyline and I continue to get the following error: "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate". I've downloaded the zipfile multiple times to no avail. Any insight? I'm also having an issue with window sizing on my monitor. When I try to maximize my Articulate window, it expands beyond my monitor and the size panels are not visible. This doesn't happen with any other applications, so I'm not sure if it's a bug?
Any help with either issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Are you using Storyline 1 or Storyline 2? I know we had this error in Storyline 1, and you could resolve it as detailed here. If not, you'll want to reach out to our Support Engineers.
