Storyline Variables and Articulate Online

I have developed a quiz where I give students 3 opportunities to get a correct answer. I would like to track the number of incorrect trys. I have set up a variable that increments each time an incorrect answer is given. It works perfect for me. Now I would like to save that value to articulate online so I can check on the students progress.  I want to give multiple chances to answer the question as this helps in the learning process but I would also like to see how often they are missing the questions.

Can I do this?  If not any other ideas?

P.S.  I would also like to have access to the Guestbook variables...any ideas on that one as well.
