Just to follow up. I converted the mov files to mpeg 4 and I am still getting the sync problems. Does anyone know what the best bitrate is for Storyline video? I am guessing that might be the problem????
If there is a video spec sheet anywhere I'd appreciate a link.

Answering my own question here..... The revised mpeg4 videos are working fine now in the html files. They just previewed slow within Storyline.
