Storyline window shrinking by itself!

Hello, 

This is a weird one and it happens every so often when I am designing an interaction.  The shape or radio button I am working in just starts shrinking by itself.  If I let it go, the window will shrink until it's almost invisible.  I attached a video link (please watch that first) and also part of the actual interaction.  

I have no idea why this is happening, but it's really odd and I keep having to shut down Storyline to get it to stop.  

UPDATE:  I discovered that it is primarily happening when I change a shape to "Do Not Autofit" so that I can make the Hover size and shape match the Normal size and shape.  

Any help would be appreciated.

That's really strange, Amit! I can't say I've seen anything like that before--thanks for including the screen recording. 

Before we dive any deeper, let's double-check a few things:

  • What version of Storyline are you using?
  • Are you working from your local hard drive?
  • Does this happen in any Storyline file, or just one in particular?

Hmm, that's so strange! A couple more things to check:

  • Are you on Storyline 2 Update 12? You can check by clicking the About Articulate Storyline button on the Help tab.
  • Does your system meet the requirements listed here?
