Storyline window shrinking by itself!

Hello,
This is a weird one and it happens every so often when I am designing an interaction. The shape or radio button I am working in just starts shrinking by itself. If I let it go, the window will shrink until it's almost invisible. I attached a video link (please watch that first) and also part of the actual interaction.
I have no idea why this is happening, but it's really odd and I keep having to shut down Storyline to get it to stop.
UPDATE: I discovered that it is primarily happening when I change a shape to "Do Not Autofit" so that I can make the Hover size and shape match the Normal size and shape.
Any help would be appreciated.

That's really strange, Amit! I can't say I've seen anything like that before--thanks for including the screen recording.
Before we dive any deeper, let's double-check a few things:
Hi Alyssa,
Thank you for the response.
- I use SL2
- Yes. I use my local hard drive
- It happens in multiple SL files
I wonder if it's just a virus or something in my own system and has nothing to do with SL. I really have no idea.
Hi Amit,
Hmm, that's so strange! A couple more things to check:
If you're already using Update 12 and your system meets the requirements, then I'd like our Support Engineers to have a closer look at this. You can send your file and video to them directly by clicking here. And be sure to let me know your case number so I can follow along!
Hi Alyssa,
I do meet all requirements from that link, but the my SL software says I am on Update 7. I'll get update 12 and if the issue persists, I'll send it on to your support engineers.
Thank you kindly for your help.
Hi Alyssa,
The SL2 issue just resurfaced again. This time the window started expanding by itself. You asked me to let your support guys know if it happened after I did Update 12, so I entered a Case. The Case Number is case number 01184481
Thanks
Amit
Oh no! Thanks for submitting a case, Amit. I'll follow along and share updates here, as needed.
