Storyline with scrolling panel

I have a storyline file that has multiple scenes and each scene has a tab format with slide layers.  On one of the scenes the second tab has the scroll bar start almost at the bottom once published or in preview.  However this only happens with a desktop view of the preview.  The tablet and phone previews start at the top (as it should).  Attached screen shots for visual.  Is there a reason this is happening?  I can't find a setting that is telling this to start with the scroll bar down the page.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I've not seen this before but it's quite strange to see that scroll bar change locations based on the device! 

I'd love to have some more details from you: 

  • What version of Storyline are you using? 
  • You mentioned preview and publish, are you seeing this in the mobile preview as well? 
  • How are you publishing (LMS, web, etc.) and where are you hosting the published content?
  • What browser(s) are you viewing it in? For the mobile devices, what iOS or OS have you used?

Lastly, with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it privately to our Support Team.

  • What version of Storyline are you using? - Storyline 360 V 3.21.17083.0
  • You mentioned preview and publish, are you seeing this in the mobile preview as well? - mobile preview has the same look, with the scroll at the top, as the tablet preview
  • How are you publishing (LMS, web, etc.) and where are you hosting the published content? - publishing to Review 360, loading into a Rise file and hosting the published content in a LMS
  • What browser(s) are you viewing it in? For the mobile devices, what iOS or OS have you used? - Chrome or Firefox.  I only looked at the mobile preview screen, not after publishing with an iOS Or OS.
