Hi Kim,

Were you able to get your Storyline 360 installed? I encountered an error myself while installing Storyline 360 earlier today. I have a lot of application open during that time so I restarted my computer and used the Diagnostics function within the Articulate 360 application manager and after that I was able to install Storyline 360.
