Storyline won't launch?

Hi everyone
I have had storyline for a couple of months now on the home pc and wanted to put it on the laptop for use out and about. Went through and downloaded the trial version to activate from there, had no issues with the download or install, but when I try and use storyline it gets 2 seconds into the splash window (launcher) then says the software has stopped working, but I can't figure out why.
The laptop I use is a sony vaio, using windows 7, and it definitely meets the tech spec requirements for the software, have triple checked this in the list. I'm running it as administrator, and have also checked compatibility mode.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what was the fix?

Hi Roxy! You may want to try to uninstall/re-install and see if that helps. You can find information on how to do that here, and if that does not help, I would recommend getting support to assist you.
Thanks Leslie, yes, ended up having to do a re-install to get it working again.
