Storyline Won't Open

Dec 10, 2014

Storyline 2 won't open. I get a prompt that Flash Player 10 or higher needs to be installed. It has been installed and has been enabled. ActiveX is disabled. I have rebooted my machine twice and it still won't load.

Please advise.

Good MorningI am having issues with triggers and state changes. I have a slide that has multiple layers each carrying content that must be viewed before proceeding. They click on a star object trigger to reveal the layer. When the star is clicked, its state changes to 'visited'. I have slide trigger set up to jump to the next slide when the state of several triggers have been visited. It seems like it should work but doesn't. What am I missing? Are there other conditions that need to be met to make this work? Thanks,Manfred

Leslie,I reworked the approach such that the next slide trigger advances on object conditions being 'visited'. Works perfectly. Guess I tried to make it more complicated than it needed to be. Love your software. Thanks for responding so quickly.Manfred

Hello,Having some difficulties with variables. Have a project with a lead in slide that branches to 8 distinct scenes. From the lead in, the subjects are statused as NOT VIEWED. A button directs them to the required scene which they complete.

Leslie,See attached file. The lead in slide has a NOT VIEWED status for O-rings and Seals where NOT VIEWED is in NORMAL state. The last slide of each of the scenes has a variable (Section6Complete and Section7Complete) which are both set to FALSE. When the timeline on the last scene slide completes, each of these variable are supposed to change to TRUE.
