Storyline working fine in preview and not in published

I am having a problem with my Storyline project. When I preview the entire project, it works correctly. When I publish it, it will not advance to the next slide after the one particular slide.
I have changed this slide (removed all of the layers and left only 1 layer), re-developed and re-inserted this slide, changed and created new slides after it (moved each of the layers onto their own slides)..checked it over and over again, checked all interactions and no matter what I do, it gets to the end of this slide and will not respond to the next button and move forward.
This is only happening when I publish this course and I am getting very frustrated.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Can anyone help me out with this?

Sorry for the trouble. Are you able to send us the .story file you're experiencing this with? You'll aslo have a chance to record a screencast replicating the problem during the case submission which would be helpful. Please include details of which slide is problematic. Thanks!

How are you publishing? If you're publishing locally, you may run into issues. Here's an Articulate support article that provides more information and some suggestions about where you can publish to test your content.
If you're still having trouble, perhaps you could upload a few slides, including the problem one(s) so the community could take a look.
