I am having issues with youtube videos in storyline.
They preview fine in the course. When I publish to my computer (not a network drive) they will show when reviewing the course. But, when I zip the package to upload to my LMS I get blank slides.Also tested on SCORM cloud and same thing... blank slide.
Does anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it.
I have now found that the videos will work if I use the Insert > Video > Video from Website and use embed code.
Why won't they work when using Insert > Web Object? That is how we have imported most of the videos so now I have to go back through a high number of courses and change the way we imported those videos.
If you use the Insert > Video > Video from Website option, YouTube videos won't work in HTML5 or the Articulate Mobile Player app for iPad, because they're wrapped in a Flash control.

The YouTube videos are not restricted are they?
How did you add these videos to your course?
* Insert > Video > Video from Website
* Insert > Web Object
Would you be able to share your .story file to see if we can replicate?
