Hope everyone is having a great start to the week. I am also hoping that someone can help me out. First, has anyone had problems getting Storyline2 to install? If so, how did you fix? Also, is anyone having trouble searching through the forums? No matter what I attempt to search for, I never get any results back....it is a bit frustrating...and I'm sure it is something I'm doing.
Please follow the instructions listed here for installation. You may want to try restarting you computer first, to make sure any other Articulate programs are closed out first.
You also want to make sure that you have .NET Framework 4 installed.
After you install the above, restart your machine and try to reinstall Storyline 2.
If you continue to have issues, submit a support case to us.

havent had problems installing Storyline2 so can't help there.
search in the forum is not working (articulate working on it) but you can search using www.articusearch.com

Are you receiving an error when you are trying to install?
Looks like Wendy has you covered on the search option (our web team is aware of the issue).

Leslie, when I am installing, I get to the point where I am accepting the agreement and then a message pops up that installation failed.
