Good morning,
We are considering buying StoryLine2, due to the new improvements for the publication of html5 and android.
All of our courses include audio, so we have tried to publish one of our selected courses the following options:
The problem is that the audio of the courses can only be heard in some tablets. We launched the courses with chrome and with the same characteristics in all the tablets that we have tried and at the moment; we only get the audio to work on 1 out of 3 tablets that we own.
Would you give us any piece of advice that could help us?
Apart from this, we would like to know if this new version of the app, put different scores in the scom of the previous version. Specifically we are interested in the Score.raw variable.

Can you please give some more details like
1.iPad or Android?
2.Which version of Android and chrome
I have tested audio and it was playing fine in iPad and Android(version 4 .2)

I have tried with Android 4.2 and it works perfectly. The problem remains in previous versions which we cannot update, such as 4.03.
The Chrome version we use is 37.0.2062.120 m
We haven’t even tried in ipad yet.

Something about the score.raw variable?
Hi Laura,
I'm unsure what you mean about putting the scores in the scorm of previous versions? You may want to test your course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM Content to help narrow down any issues. Additionally, I'd suggest to review this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues.
