I setup a pick one question type with the radio buttons and customized in the slide preview to make the radio circle white ring and when you click in the inner color is blue.
In slide design it looks exact and perfect, when previewing and publishing, it creates a double white ring like the image posted.

If you're using Storyline 2, you'll have to do a Save As of the original file, then in the new version, delete all but the one slide you'd like to publish.

Even if I increase the outer circle line weight it still shows an inner white ring. Weird.
