I am creating course where we use the try and test modes to teach keystroke transactions. Almost every time that I get to a page that requires the learner to make a text entry, my screen freezes. I have to close Storyline and then relaunch it to get the screen to work. There are two of us that author courses and we both experience this. Any suggestions?
Sorry to hear you and your colleague are both running into this roadblock! Is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive? Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, so you'll want to store your file on your local drive instead.
