This is currently not possible to do directly, as the objects created in Storyline have their own format which is not compatible with Powerpoint.
A possible workaround is to publish your project as a Word document, and then from the Word document, Cut and Paste the elements to a Powerpoint presentation. Other users have also suggested to user other tools such as Captivate to capture the slides from your project and save them as .png files, and then inserting them to Powerpoint. Basically, the process is to save your Storyline project to a format that Powerpoint will be able to understand, and then building the Powerpoint from scratch.
