Storyline3 and Blackboard document-hyperlink Integration

Desperate looking for advice!

I have build an eLearning in Storyline3 (and WAS soooo impressed with myself). The eLearning has hyperlinks in it to documents that I have uploaded in the content collection area of a module in Blackboard.

I have uploaded the eLearning to the same Blackboard module.

When I tested it in instructor view and student view, the hyperlinks worked and all the MS Word documents linked to it opened. The second instructor also did a test-run in both modes and it worked. However, as soon as the participants (enrolled in the course) tries to open the hyperlink, an pop-up message appears telling them that "the specific resource was not found or you do not have permission to access it". I tested it again, and once again, it worked for me.

I am so disappointed and frustrated! Please if any one can advice on how to fix this!
