I am creating a new course and want to give learners the option of listening to the audio or not by clicking a media button similar to what you see in Rise360 (see attachment). I searched everywhere in Storyline360 but cannot find such an interaction. Can someone help me, please? Thank you in advance.
Another trick is to create an audio-only .mp4 video file and insert that into Storyline. This way you can enable Storyline's video controls to let you scrub through the audio-only video.

Hi Jay - while you can't create an actual scrubber for controlling the audio, you can simulate the effect with animations and shapes. Check out Montse's example and download in this recent elearning challenge: https://community.articulate.com/articles/tooltips-as-performance-support-elearning/
Thank you for the quick response and assistance. I will check it out now.

I think that may work better. I appreciate you continuing to search for a solution. Have a great rest of your week.
With some tweaking you could create a custom slider that works with the media file. At that point, you can make it look like anything you want.

Storyline's built-in scrubber is also something you can use since it's inherently tied to the timeline.
