Storyline360 Issues with Playing and Publishing

I installed the updates today for the Suite and Storyline.  Now there seems to be a  major bug in the software. I am unable to publish anything old or new, even something I have published previously.  The app quits, sometimes with an error window and sometimes without.  I need to get this over to the stakeholder for review.

I have tried multiple computers.  Even tried copying slides (which doesn't work) into a new file, creating a template from the file and opening that, nothing.  This is so frustrating.  Can anyone help?
