Strange requirement to convert a Word doc when publishing

Ever since I upgraded my OS to Windows 10, Storyline does this weird thing when I publish a course to Word. When I click publish, Word opens up and shows me the screenshot below. As it publishes, I have to click OK whenever a slide has notes. It still publishes OK in the end, but it just takes longer. 

This may be a Windows issue since it started happening in Windows 10. I wanted to check here first though to see if other Articulate users have run into this.

Our QA team is investigating an issue with the export of the .doc file from Storyline 2 Update 6 and Windows 10. I don't have additional information to share at this time, but will share this thread as a part of the report filed with our QA team so that we can update you here once there is additional information to share.

But I wanted to confirm are you exporting for the translation or publishing to Word? The issue we've filed is for translation/exporting of the doc - so if yours is in publish only it'll be worth taking a look at your .story file to confirm.
