Strong Noise when recording screen Sep 29, 2013 By stefania picheca I have created a .story file, and I am trying to add screen recordings. When I press record, I get a strong noise from the tool, and don't know what is causing it. I use a MAC, in the Windows partition, via Parallel. Anyone encountered the same challenge? And how did you resolve it? Thanks Stefania

There is a connection with a particular login screen that I have to use, where the noise always appears, but only there. So I managed to overcome it by selecting No Audio for that particular section Stef

There is a connection with a particular login screen that I have to use, where the noise always appears, but only there. So I managed to overcome it by selecting No Audio for that particular section
