Style Sheet Concepts

Jul 10, 2012

Hi,

I work designing learning tools for a software company. We are customizing elements (text boxes, shapes) to reflect our enterprise's current branding scheme (colors, fonts, etc.). I am wondering if there is functionality within Storyline that allows us to reference a central location for these custom elements, so that if our marketing department changes these elements in the future, we would be able to change the fill color in a text box, for example, at one central location and have it auto-update to all text boxes that have that fill color. Not sure if this is possible, but I thought it was a good enough idea that I would give it a shot. Thanks,

Matt

Hey Matt!

Here's a job aid to help you quickly identify which parameters in Storyline's player properties are used to control the color of each item on your course player. If you need help with how to customize your player colors, check out this tutorial. As far as a setting to change, for example, the fill color of text boxes universally, I'm not sure you'll be able to do that. Would you like to make a feature request
