Submit button disabled.
Jan 14, 2020
I've created a graded question using the Numeric template.
I just want the correct number to be entered and progress to the next slide without the correct/incorrect/try again options.
I deleted the correct/incorrect/try again layers and put in a trigger to jump to next slide on clicking the submit button. On running the slide the submit button has been disabled.
Putting the correct/incorrect/try again layers back and the submit button is again active.
Any advice greatly recieved on this issue.

Hello, do you want the user to be able to enter anything, then click Submit to go to next slide? No feedback of any kind and move forward after Submit no matter what they enter?
You can set the Feedback drop-down for the Question Tools to None, that will remove he feedback layers, then just add a trigger to jump to next slide when user clicks Submit, after the Submit Numeric trigger. However I am not sure that is what you are looking for.
Hi Jeff
The numeric answer must be a correct specific number. It is part of sequence to code a specific scenario and the input must be checked for 100% accuracy however there are subsequent actions that must be carried out before the result of the quiz is revealed, hence deleting correct/incorrect/try again layers.
Hi Gary!
What about adding a trigger that makes the state of the Submit button normal when the user enters the correct answer?
Here's an example of what the trigger would look like!
