The submit button randomly disappears in the quizzes in one slide and causes all remaining slides of the quiz to lose the submit button. The previous and next buttons are then mysteriously added in causing the user to not be able to record their answer. How do I prevent this from happening?
Sounds like your course has gone into review mode if you're seeing this behavior. Would you be able to share your .story file so that we can take a look?
It is proprietary so I can't. I was supposed to release it already and really need ideas on how to fix this. It appears randomly, as in, every 3rd or 4th time I open it to take the quiz. so not everyone is affected. The questions are randomized, so sometimes the submit button is completely fine, and other times, the submit button does not appear at all.

Are you able to replicate the behavior in a new file?
We do have support engineers available for you to share your file privately and would be glad to further assist. An NDA can be signed if necessary as well.
