Hi, Oliver -- Thanks for reaching out! Would it be possible for us to take a closer look at your file, please? If you'd prefer to share for private review, here is the form you would need to do so. :)
Hi Christie, thx for your replay. okay, here is a simple example, just use the HTML5 Output of it and try go to here from slide one to two which is a question with a submit button. Then go back to slide one and again to slide two - where is no more a submit button.
Hi, Oliver -- I had an opportunity to test your file and I am finding the same behavior you reported when testing the HTML5 output via tempshare. articulate.com as seen here. I am unable to see any modifications that need to be made to your file itself to address this, so I would like to have our Support Engineers investigate a bit further. I will go ahead and set you up in a case momentarily, and I a member of that team will be in touch shortly thereafter.
And Oliver, I just wanted to touch base and confirm that your case, #00789534, has been received in our system and you should receive an email to that effect momentarily. I plan to follow along with the progress being made on your case and I intend to share updates here for others who may benefit. :)
Certainly, Oliver! And I took a look at your case and it looks like our engineer, Ryan, last shared the following:
"We have reviewed your project file and we were able to duplicate your issue. I have submitted your case to our Quality Assurance team for their review. Unfortunately I was unable to determine a workaround. I cannot offer a time frame for when or if this issue will be resolved."
