In order to submit a question for evaluation, after selecting the correct option the learner has to click the Submit button. In my course, the issue is that the learner has to click the Submit button twice for Storyline to process the evaluation. I am not sure what is wrong here?

Do you have any additional triggers using the "Next" button, or any conditions for the trigger tied to the button?
Are you able to share the .STORY file for the project? I'd be happy to take a look and see what's happening.

just alter the trigger when user double clicks the submit button hope the desired logic will work for u
