Hi Storyline, I have an issue with the submit button on multiple choice slides. The submit button has been set to appear dimmed on the slide, after the user has check the required amount of choices, the state of the submit button changes to full opacity so the user can click. It works fine on the first visit to the slide but if the user was to go back and try again the submit button stays dimmed all the time. I have set up all the slides to reset to initial state when revisiting, removed any unused triggers … any ideas?
Have you placed the trigger to the submit button itself? If yes, maybe you need to change the trigger. You may need to add the trigger to the slide itself than to the button. You may check on how to do it in this link below:
